Marketing Coordinator
LAT Science company looking for an
enthusiastic, personable team player to coordinate marketing activities. The
ideal candidate will be dedicated, self-motivated, detail-oriented and

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate
meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows, including booth space,
electricity, furniture rental, material handling, hotel rooms, badges for
attendees etc.
• Receive
in and prepare product and booth equipment for upcoming events
• Record,
monitor, and process invoices for marketing events
• Research
industry events and present relevant information for management review on
future attendance

Qualifications:

Product Support Specialist, Clinical
Marketing
LAT Science company is looking for all over
the word based professional to support research veterinarians and scientists in
the application and use of our equipment.
The ideal candidate should be highly
focused with both a technical edge and excellent communication skills in
person, over the phone and in email. The Product Support Specialist will be
responsible for learning and supporting the best experimental animal equipment
in the lab animal market. Position reports to Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Learn
and support biomedical research products, including physiological monitors and
anesthesia equipment
• Prioritizes,
manages, and troubleshoots unresolved technical issues
• Builds
customer relationships by keeping customers and internal stakeholders informed
of how and when problems are resolved
• Responds
promptly to escalations received from managers and key customers, escalate
unresolved issues as appropriate
• Assist
with critical customer need visits, providing onsite technical support
• Other
product support and clinical marketing activities as needed
• Travel
15%+ as needed; remote opportunity possible
Qualifications and Skills
• Associate's
degree, (Bachelor's preferred) in animal science, biology, or veterinary
technology
• Experience
with rodent surgery, examples include cannulations, orchidectomy, castration,
ovarian transplantation, vasectomy, and
nephrectomy
• Experience
using isoflurane on survival procedures
• As
product support, this role has minimal hands-on animal contact
• Ability
to devise creative technical solutions
• Effective
listening skills that are used to discover customer needs to adapt your
approach and demeanor to different situations
• Interface
closely with sales, service, and management to ensure customer satisfaction is
maximized
• Proficiency
in Microsoft Office, email, and internet
• Assist
in the development of User Guides and instructional material
• Excellent
customer service Provide pre- and
post-sales technical support as well as applications assistance
• Open
to other tasks and duties
