注意事项：
1. 对于某些动物，如新生的啮齿动物（＜15天），对二氧化碳的耐受性非常高，所以必须要长时间操作才可以保证死亡。如刚出生当天的小鼠和大鼠，100%浓度的CO2需要处理35-50min才可以确保死亡，出生10天后的处理5min便可确保小鼠死亡；
2. 在使用时，将有意识的小鼠直接放入100% CO2是不可接受的，会引起动物的不适和痛苦，应该使其先处于诱导期，提供空气或氧气，再持续增加CO2浓度，直到出现呼吸心跳骤停；建议充入CO2流量为10%-30%容器体积/min，不建议提前100%的二氧化碳充满；
3. 使用此法时，容器内勿装入过多动物造成拥挤，且勿同时放入不同品种的动物，以免动物死亡前的窘迫。
